ABOUT  ME

I have my certification in Huna, an ancient Hawaiian technique. I teach reframing and cognitive behavioral therapy through Neuro-linguistics Programming, and I have worked in Critical Debriefing. I have my certification in Intervention and use this to address all addictions.  I have many referrals for bibliotherapy and specialized books and workbooks specific to your problem. I am an educator in the field of psychology and public speaking.  I go above and beyond for people who coach with me.  I work with a wide range of ages.  I have worked with teens 12 and up.  I am able to blend multiple techniques and tools because of my long-term experience working in the field of psychology for 30-plus years. I have worked with the hardest cases in jails, as well as a prison for children, teens, and young adults located in Norwalk California.  I coach couples with the trauma that is affecting the relationship.  I am high energy and stop at nothing to help others heal as it is my passion.  I also specialize in parenting and I have worked so far as to say I work and can navigate the court systems. I spent my time in Dana Point, California working only with couples for two years using a specific workbook that teaches why we pick who we pick. Specializing in communication programs, couples vision, eliminating unhealthy behavior, and more.
